| This classic looking cruising yacht is a Laurent Giles 'Normandy' design. The Normandy design was taken from Giles famous 'Vertue ' - the Vertue is famous for its exceptional handling qualities in rough weather. The Vertue was lengthened and the transom stern was changed to counter and hence the Normandy was born. The current owner has reported that she was sailed over from England. She has been extensively refurbished over the last few years. The work carried out included: Some hull planks replaced Re-caulked hull New Windows New Chain Plate and stern fitting Deck refurbished Teak deck laid Engine re-con New Mainsail New Furler - locked in place She is a fine looking yacht with some scope for owner improvements in the saloon area.
